Refunds are issued only when:
- Report generation fails for technical reasons
- Our data sources return no records for the VIN you submitted (auto-refunded)
We do not issue buyer’s-remorse refunds. The VIN preview (free, before purchase) confirms the vehicle is decodable; if the preview returns Year/Make/Model, the report should generate successfully.
Refund window: 30 days from purchase. Email refunds@yourdomain.com with your transaction ID.
