Reports use the same NHTSA + EPA public-record data as our consumer reports, with your dealership logo on the PDF cover, and (Pro+) hosted on your domain.

Bulk in seconds

Pro plans accept a CSV with one column "vin". We queue and generate reports in parallel. Get the entire batch back as PDFs and a summary CSV.

API-first

GET /api/dealer/report?vin=… with your API key. JSON or PDF response. Wire it directly into your existing CRM or DMS.

AI condition summaries

Every report includes the AI risk score, condition summary, and key findings, handy for sales staff to read out to walk-in customers.

Can we test before subscribing?

Yes. Submit the form below and we’ll send a sample API key with 5 free test VINs and a sample white-label PDF.

What happens if we exceed our monthly limit?

Pro and Enterprise plans block at the limit by default. Contact us for overage pricing or a temporary uplift, we’ll work it out per dealer.

Can we white-label the customer-facing report URL?

Pro plans support a CNAME-based custom domain (e.g. reports.yourdealership.com). Enterprise plans add full removal of our branding.

How fast is the API?

A typical Standard report returns JSON in under 30 seconds (NHTSA decode + recall and complaint lookups + AI summary). Premium with all charts and projections takes about 60 seconds.

Is there a contract?

Month-to-month by default. Annual contracts available with a 15% discount, ask in the form below.

How do you handle GDPR / data deletion requests?

Per the spec we anonymize dealer records on request and purge associated reports after 30 days. Lawyer-reviewed Privacy Policy applies.
